General Rules, Terms and Conditions

  1. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
  2. Competitions are only open to South African citizens.
  3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  4. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Zaps Online for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  6. Winners will be notified via email or telephone within 10 business days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize within 10 business days of the Zaps Online sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Zaps Online reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
  7. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Zaps Online reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion/competition without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from their parents or guardians before entering.
  9. Only one entry per person per competition will be permitted, and subsequent entries may not be honored or accepted.
  10. Competitions are not open to those persons who are a director, member, partner, employee or agent of the Zaps Online, any consultant to the Zaps Online, as well as any family members of the Zaps Online employees, and any other person who is controlled by the Zaps Online.
  11. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable, and no entrant may win more than one prize per competition.
  12. Delivery / Shipping method of the prizes is at the sole discretion of Zaps Online.
  13. Should the competition be run on a social media platform such as Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, then the following rules will apply:
    • The entrant releases the social media platform from any liability in any respect.
    • Entrants may not inaccurately tag content, and such inaccurate tagging shall result in disqualification.
    • The entrants and Zaps Online acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the social media platform.
    • The entrants and Zaps Online acknowledge that they use the social media platform at their own risk.
    • The entrant may not use multiple accounts, and anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified.
    • Multiple entries in a single day will result in disqualification, unless otherwise specified by the additional rule for the specific competition.
    • By entering, entrants agree to comply with the policies and rules set by that social media platform.

April 2026 Easter Mystery Box Competition

  1. Competition Period
  • The competition runs from 27 March 2026 to 3 May 2026.
  • Entries close at 23:59 (SAST) on 3 May 2026.
  • Winners will be announced on 5 May 2026.
  1. How to Enter
  • Place any single order of R350 or more (excluding shipping) at jailbaits.nl during the competition period.
  • Each qualifying order counts as one entry.
  • Orders of R700 or more (excluding shipping) count as three entries.
  • Bonus entries may be awarded for social media engagement (e.g., sharing and tagging jailbaits) as announced during the campaign.
  1. Prizes
  • Grand Prize: April Mystery Box containing 3 pre-owned games in your chosen console format (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, or Xbox One) plus a Volkano Gaming Headset.
  • Runner-Up Prizes:
  • One voucher worth R200.
  • One voucher worth R100.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Winners will be chosen via a random draw from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on 10 April 2026.
  • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at checkout.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be reallocated.

  • Competition is open to South African residents only.
  • Staff of jailbaits and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • jailbaits reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent or invalid orders.
  • By entering, participants agree to have their names announced on jailbaits.nl and social media platforms.
  • jailbaits reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.

Black Friday 2023 Bunny hunt

  • There will only be one winner for the Gold bunny prize of the Razor Razer Kaira X Wired Pulse Red Headset. The first person to find the Gold Bunny will be the winner.
  • There will only be one winner for the Silver bunny prize of the Volkano Sustain Series Mini UPS. The first person to find the Silver Bunny will be the winner.
  • The Bronze Bunny Prize of an additional 5% of the Black Friday Special will available anyone who finds the Bronze Bunny. The Discount code will be mailed to each winner and can only be use once pre winner and will only be valid for the period of 24 November 2023 till 27 November 2023 in conjunction with the Black Friday promotion
